For deposits: biptk only accepts approved payment methods — including bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and authorized bank transfers. Deposits from third-party accounts are not accepted. This means a friend or family member cannot deposit on your behalf using their own account.
Regarding withdrawals: Withdrawals can only be made to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit. KYC verification must be completed before any withdrawal can be processed. The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500.

Members may close their account at any time by submitting a request to the support team. All active bonuses will be automatically cancelled upon account closure.
